A deposit equal to the first night’s accommodation plus Maine lodging tax is required to confirm reservations. Deposits are payable by check or money order and are due within 10 days of booking. A credit card may be used for deposit only if there is insufficient time to mail a check.
All reservations under deposit are subject to a $25 processing fee in the event of a cancellation for any reason. Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to arrival will result in full forfeit of the deposit paid.

At Check In
Full payment is required at check in. Payment for meal, telephone or incidental charges will be collected at check out. We accept cash, traveler’s checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Personal checks are accepted for advance deposit only.
Please note: In the event of an early departure, there is no refund for unused nights.
Cots, cribs, refrigerators and microwaves are available at a charge of $10 each per night. We are unable to guarantee specific rooms – requests are honored whenever possible.
Smoking in or near a non-smoking room will result in a $250.00 cleaning fee.
