Room rates are based on single or double occupancy and include parking for one car and complimentary continental breakfast. Children under 12 stay free, extra persons aged 12 and over are $20.00 per night. All rooms have private bath, air conditioning, remote control cable tv, coffee maker, hair dryer, telephone and personal amenities. A complementary newspaper is delivered to your door each morning. Some rooms have irons and boards. Room rates vary according to room type and location, and are subject to 7% Maine lodging tax.
